Hiver à Grindelwald

Skiing on powder, the sun in your face and the clear air in your lungs. In winter, Grindelwald emerges as a true paradise for all lovers of “white gold”.

The skiing areas around the Eiger, the Lauberhorn and as far as Wengen offer the most up to date lift systems and best prepared pistes. For snowboarders there is the up-to-the-minute terrain park in the First skiing area. A visit to the Lauberhorn race is not to be missed – this is one of the absolute highlights of the winter season.

For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, there is a winter wonderland to be discovered on foot, with over 100 km at your disposal. Or do you prefer tobogganing? Fortify with a fondue at a mountain restaurant before hurling down into valley on a toboggan. Thrilling fun!

As well the region offers several sports such as curling, skating and ice hockey on natural and indoor skating rinks.

And in the evening you watch the snow flakes, heat up at a blazing fire and enjoy a noble drop from our extensive range. That’s how a day in winter paradise can look like!
